Jim Stoker is the President of Firearms Owners Against Crime - Institute for Legal, Legislative and Educational Action (FOAC-ILLEA), a position he assumed in 2022 following the retirement of the organization's founder, Kim Stolfer. A staunch advocate for Second Amendment rights, Stoker was unanimously supported by the FOAC-ILLEA board to lead the organization. He is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer and operates CYA Holsters LLC and CYA Firearms. Stoker has a background in law enforcement, having served as a Sergeant with the Scott Township Police Department, where he handled patrol shift supervision, narcotics enforcement, drug education, and technology crimes, and previously with the Carnegie Police Department. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran, where he served as a security specialist for nuclear weapons systems, earning qualifications as a marksman with the M-16 rifle and M9 pistol, and as an M-60 gunner and M-203 grenadier. Stoker actively engages with elected officials, conducts legal seminars, and provides testimony to educate on firearms laws and advocate for constitutional rights in Pennsylvania.
