Rules and Information

All artwork must be registered online in order to participate. All artwork registered will be displayed in an online gallery. Simply register, pay the fee, and then upload 1-3 images per person for the contest. These images must be uploaded by October 5, 2024. No late entries will be accepted.

Age Groups: (Please include age when registering)

Youth (age 6-16) or
Adult (16 and up)

To submit physical artwork to be displayed at the Art Show Tent during the festival, ship to below address by October 11, 2024 or bring artwork to Art Show Tent by October 12, 2024 by 10am.

Please indicate on the entry form if you are bringing your work the morning of the show October 12th.

Artwork needs to be delivered to the art show tent no later than 10am October 12th.
Works can be picked up at the end of the event on Sunday, October 13th, 2024. To have works shipped back after the show, return address & postage included at time of drop off for shipping is required.

Artwork 2D (paintings, drawings or pictures) must be matted in a protective sleeve. If art piece(s) (sculptures, etc.) are 3D, they must be able to be hung for display. This is the responsibility of the participant.

Artwork must include:‍

• Title, size, medium(s) and price for each artwork or please put NFS for Not For Sale.
• Images for upload should be approximately 1 MB and easily viewed in a 1920x1080 pixels format.
• Entry Fee (includes three pieces of artwork):
  Youth: $5
  Adult $10

Pick up/ Shipping art piece back after festival:
If at the festival, please pick up your work by 6pm on Sunday, October 13th.

If work needs to be shipped back to you: Return address and postage need to be included at the time of drop off, or when the art piece is shipped to Tommy Gun Warehouse.

Submission Procedure

For both the Online Gallery and the Event Show:

1. Click on the Registration & Upload tab on  the left hand side of this page.    
2. Choose your age group and click :"Pay Now"  
3. Complete the required fields and upload your image(s)
   

Online Gallery

All submitted artwork will be displayed in the online gallery for a year.

Online Gallery commission of sales is 15%.

Shipping of work sold from the ROIFF online gallery is the responsibility of the artist.

If participants would not like for their artwork to be displayed after the festival is over, please note this on your entry form.

Liability

The art show does not provide insurance for loss or damage, Work is presented for exhibition and sale at the artist's own risk. The art show will take due and reasonable care to prevent damage or loss to all works. The art show will not be liable for any loss or damage.
